当前秘书学概论教材存在诸多不足。只有从端正教材编写态度、正确认识秘书学概论课程的地位和作用、明确学生就业实际出发,通过加强社会、学校、学生调研,统筹规划秘书学概论教学内容,创新教材叙述模式,加强教材多样化、立体化建设等途径,才能提高教材质量。

The textbook of conspectus to undergraduate secretarial science has many deficiencies in the current. This paper suggests the quality of teaching materials be improved through several approa- ches, namely, first, starting from correcting attitude toward textbook compiling, understanding correctly the status and role of secretary conspectus course, defining student employment situation, and then, by strengthening the research into society, school and student, making overall planning of teaching content of secretary conspectus course, innovating teaching narrative mode, and strengthening the teaching ma- terial diversification and three -dimensional construction.
