Training student cadres is of great significance to promote the students management in higher vocational college. This article is based on the analysis of problems and the status quo of second- ary vocational collegesI student cadres training. The author explores how to improve the training system by selecting scientific training content, enriching training forms, establishing assessment and feedback mechanisms, to promote the student cadres training development in secondary vocational colleges.
