摘要
从大兴安岭松树林区的落叶土最终筛选出4株能较好降解纤维素的细菌,并将筛选的纤维素降解细菌进行单独与混合发酵培养。结果表明,混合培养菌株组合rd的酶活力72 h达29.19 U,菌株组合bdh的酶活力达31.38 U。可见,混合菌bdh的酶活力最高,充分体现高效纤维素降解菌组合提高纤维素的降解率。
We obtained four strains of cellulose-degrading bacteria form the pine area of Daxing' an Moutain, and screened the cellulose-degrading bacteria alone with mixed fermentation. The composition of the mixed bacteria of strain rd activity reached 29.19 U in 72 hours, the enzymatic activity of the strain combination bdh reached 31.38 U in 72 hours. There- fore, the highest enzyme activity of mixed bacteria is the combination of bdh with the cellulose-decomposing bacteria com- bination of high cellulose degradation rate.
