Refurbishment of a Concrete Hard Roof by Single-component High-solidified Content and High-elastic Polyurethane Coating

上海通用汽车泛亚技术中心王港5号楼原5 cm厚混凝土加挤塑板保温层结构屋面渗漏,维修时采用在原结构上人工涂刷单组分高固含量高弹性聚氨酯涂料防水层和滚涂脂肪族聚氨酯面漆的整体翻新方案。本工程的成功实践,给此类材料在硬质基层屋面上的应用开拓了新的前景。

The roof structure of Wanggang Building 5 of Shanghai GM Pan Asia technical automotive center consists of 5 cm thick concrete and extruded polystyrene insulation board. The roof leaked. When repairing,a refurbishment plan was adopted, which uses single -component, high solidified content polyurethane coating as waterproof layer and roller aliphatic polyurethane as surface layer on original structure. The project＇s succes opened up a new prospect about the application of these materials on hard base roof.
