内皮型一氧化氮合酶脱偶联在心血管疾病中的致病作用 被引量:14

摘要 二聚体结构的内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)氧化L-精氨酸生成一氧化氮(NO),后者对心血管系统具有保护作用。血管内氧化还原反应失衡导致eNOS脱偶联,脱偶联的eNOS产生超氧化物而非NO,导致内皮功能损伤,进而引起多种心血管疾病的发生和进展。深入了解eNOS脱偶联与心血管疾病的关系,对预防和治疗心血管疾病具有重要意义。
