传统的饮料灌装生产线的电气设备控制系统是传统的继电器—接触器控制方式,在使用过程中,生产效率低,人机对话靠指示灯+按钮+扬声器的工作方式,响应慢,故障率高,可靠性差,系统的工作状态、故障处理、设备监控与维护只能凭经验被动的去查故障点。且在生产过程中容易产生二次污染,造成合格率低,生产成本增加。而自动化生产线在众多领域应用得非常广泛,其控制部分常常采用可编程控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制,它使得生产线运行更加平稳,定位更加精确,功能更加完善,操作更加方便。
The traditional control systems for the electrical parts in beverage filling lines are based on relays and contactors. In production, man-machine conversation is achieved by indicator lamps, buttons and loudspeakers, with the disadvantages including low production efficiency, slow response, high failure rate, bad reliability, passive use of one's experiences to find points of t:ailure in system operation, troubleshooting, equipment monitoring and maintenance, low qualification rate of products and high production cost. With automated production lines used widely in many fields, programmable logic controllers (PLC) are usually used to control them for more stable and simple operation, more accurate positioning and better functions.
