The seizure of the rotor of turbocharger ZN261P-13 and ZN261P-13B were introduced briefly. The loss resulted from the failure was estimated. The structure and operation principle was introduced. The reason of the rotor seizure was analyzed. The preventive measures were laid down and the economical effect get from these measures was satisfactory.
