微小型多通道径向平板阵列CO_2激光器失调特性分析

Effect of Misalignment on a Multi-Channel Radial Array CO_2 Laser

摘要 针对一种微小型多通道径向平板阵列CO2激光器的失调特性进行了研究。利用矩阵理论,采用稳定腔结构的多通道径向平板阵列射频激励CO2激光器,确定了这种失调后的光束传输情况。取得的数据表明,小角度失调对模型的输出光强影响不大,光强仍具有高斯分布。该方案对调整精度要求较低,实用价值高。 A theoretic analysis of misalignment in a multi channel radial array CO2 laser is presented. The analysis is based on the theories of matrix optics. The characteristics of beam propagation are described by the 4 × 4 augmented matrixes when the optical system is under the condition of the misaligned state. The calculated results show that the misalignment has little effect when the misaligned angle is in a range of tolerance.
