摘要
文化产业已成为衡量一个国家或地区经济发展水平及综合实力的重要标志,在"以现代文化为引领"的战略目标下,新疆文化产业发展面临着良好的发展机遇,也承担着更加重要的历史责任。如何促进发展,自觉实践文化创新,将丰富的文化资源优势转变为现代文化生产力优势,是新疆文化产业实现跨越式发展亟待研究和解决的问题。
The development of cultural industry is becoming the important symbol to measure economic development level and comprehensive strength of a country or district. With the strategic aim ＂ the leading of modem culture＂, the development of Xinjiang cultural industry meets significant opportunities and also will take a long-term security historical responsibility. How to hold the important opportunity ,realize the transformation from cultural resource advantage to industrial and economic advantage ,and promote great-leap-forward development of Xinjiang Cultural industry is worth thinking seriously and exploring deeper.
