高职商务英语教师企业实践初探——以黄冈职业技术学院商务英语专业为例

Research on Higher Vocational College Business' s Teachers Training Practice in Enterprises ——A Case Study of Business Majors in Huanggang Vocational College

专业教师到企业参加实践是提升教师职业教育教学能力的有效途径。文章以黄冈职业技术学院为例,对高职院校商务英语专业教师企业实践的方案和实施效果等进行了阐述,进一步说明了下企业锻炼对提高教师"双师"素质,促进商务英语专业教学改革具有不可替代的作用。

It is the effective way to improve the occupation education teaching ability of the professional teachers through participating in the training practice in enterprises. This paper, taking Huanggang vocational college as an example, described the programs and the implementation effects of the practice of business English teachers in vocational colleges, furthermore, illustrated the irreplaceable role of enterprise training to improve teachers＂ quality of ＂Double qualification＂, and promoted teaching reform of Business English Major.
