On the effect of short circuit parameter of synchronous generator on short circuit current of ship's electrie system

The amplitude of short circuit current is very important in designing ship's electric system. A method based on choosing proper short circuit parameter of the synchronous generator to restrict the short circuit current of the electric system is discussed in this paper.
