摘要
沿东陇海线地区地处新丝路经济带的东端,该地区的经济崛起对新丝绸之路由"交通带"向"经济带"的转型至关重要。同时,该地区亦是国家"两横三纵"城市化战略布局重点建设的21个主要城市化地区之一。目前,该地区城镇化水平低,经济发展水平相对滞后。为改变该地区经济发展的"洼地"现状,可实施徐连同城的战略构想。徐连同城在促进港口龙头城市连云港的建设与加强内陆核心城市徐州的集聚力上将发挥"1+1>2"的作用效果,是促进新丝路经济带东端经济崛起的重要引擎。
The region along the East Longhai Line is located at the eastern end of the New Silk Road economic belt, where the economic rise plays a crucial role in the transformation from the "traffic belt" to the "economic belt". Moreover, the region is also one of the 21 major urbanization areas in lines with the "two vertical and three horizontal" city strategy layout. Therefore, this article analyzes this region's urbanization status using population single index method and comprehensive evaluation method, and finds that both its urbanization level and economic level require to be enhanced. In order to change the "depression" status of this region, we work out the proposal of Xuzhou-Lianyungang integration, which will not only play "1 + 1 〉 2 " effect for the leading port city's construction and the core inland city's accumulation, but behave as an important engine of economic rise at the eastern end of the New Silk Road economic belt.
