徐州的金融辐射:能力与路径——兼论推进徐州金融集聚区建设

Financial Radiation Ability of Xuzhou and the Path of Ascension——Promoting the Xuzhou Financial Agglomeration Area Construction

金融发展到极化阶段,会产生辐射效应,通过辐射与接收辐射能促进区域经济金融共同发展。金融辐射的能力是相对的,如同地球对太阳作用力较小,而地球对月亮作用力则较大。考察江苏行政区范围内的金融辐射,可以发现,苏州和南京的金融辐射力较强,徐州的金融辐射力较弱;而突破江苏行政区的范围,则可发现徐州在四省十市的范围内金融辐射力较强。因此,应大力推进徐州金融集聚区的建设,在经济圈层次建立跨行政区的金融中心或金融集聚区,提升徐州的金融辐射能力,以此带动周边地区经济金融发展。

It will produce radiation effect when finance developed into polarization phase. The radiation and receiving radiation can promote the common development of regional economic finance. However, the financial radiation ability is relative, just like the function of the earth acts on the sun is small, while on the moon is greater. This paper makes research on financial radiation in Jiangsu administrative region and found the radiation forces in Suzhou and Nanjing are strong while in Xuzhou is weak. Outside Jiangsu administrative area, radiation ability of Xuzhou is strong in four Provinces and ten cities. Therefore this paper put for- wards to promoting the Xuzhou financial agglomeration area construction. It needs to consider building the cross-region financial centers or financial agglomeration areas on economic circle, to improve the financial radiation ability of Xuzhou and to promote the economic and financial development of the surrounding areas.
