高职院校建立职业技能竞赛活动长效机制的实践——以安徽国防科技职业学院为例

The Practice of Long-term Mechanism Construction of Professional Skill Competition in Vocational Colleges ——In a Case of Anhui Vocational College of Defense Technology

随着职业教育教学改革的不断深入,以职业院校学生为主要参赛对象的职业院校技能竞赛活动得到广泛开展。职业技能大赛对深化职业院校教学改革的推动作用,已得到各学校的高度重视和普遍认可。文章以安徽国防科技职业学院管理工程系为例,介绍了职业院校建立职业技能大赛长效机制的具体做法,即实现三个转变、搭建三个平台、形成两类制度。

Along with the deepening of teaching reform in vocational education , professional skill competition has been carried on widely in Vocational Colleges which takes vocational college students as the main participants .The schools have highly valued and widely recognized the push function of Professional Skill Competition for the deepe -ning of teaching reform in vocational colleges .The paper took Management Engineering Department of Anhui Voca-tional College of Defense Technology as an example ,introduced the specific practice of long -term mechanism con-struction of Professional Skill Competition in vocational colleges .
