College instructors are an important part of teachers team of universities and colleges ,the key force of Ide-ological and Political Education of college students whose quality directly influence the effect of ideological and po -litical work.With the development of society and the push forward of college reform ,college instructors with multi -roles of teaching and management have faced not only the opportunities but also the challenges .Therefore ,if college instructors want to do a good job ,they must have good political quality ,high skills of communication ,and strong idea of responsibility ,to improve their own quality from multi aspects constantly and in adapt to social development and demand of colleges development .
