试论园艺专业创新人才培养的途径——以河南科技学院园艺专业为例

On the Cultivation Channels of Innovative Talents of Horticulture Specialty ——In a Case of Horticulture Specialty of HIST

培养学生的创新素质已成为现今高校人才培养的主要任务,尤其是对于开设相对较早的园艺专业,更应打破陈规,改革创新,为社会培养具有创新精神的应用型人才。文章从教学创新、提高教师素质、加强实践三方面论述了园艺专业人才培养的途径。其中,教学创新是创新人才培养的基础,具备创新素质的教师是创新人才的关键,实践是创新人才培养的精髓。

The cultivation of students ’ innovative quality has become the main task of talents cultivation in universi-ties,especially for relatively horticulture specialty opened earlier ,we should break through the old rules ,reform and innovate ,training applied talents with innovative spirit for the society .This article discusses the ways of professional talent training of Horticulture Specialty from three aspects such as the teaching innovation ,the improvement of the quality of teachers ,and the strengthening of practice .Among them,the teaching innovation is the basis of cultivating innovative talents ,teachers of innovative quality is the key to innovative talent cultivation ,the practice is the essence of innovative talents cultivation .
