高职工学结合教学改革有效运行的研究——以应用电子技术专业为例

Effective implementation of teaching reform combined with study and work——Taking Applied Electronics Technology Specialty as an example

工学结合教学改革的最终目标是提高人才培养的质量,但其在实施的过程中,存在着改革运行有效性不足的问题。通过调查,发现闽西职业技术学院应用电子技术专业在校企合作、课程改革与顶岗实习管理的工作开展方面存在问题。通过对其产生原因的剖析,从加强政府的主导作用、探寻互利双赢的合作模式、人才培养方案的制定、教学条件的建设、工学结合一体化教学的实施、加强顶岗实习管理和考核评价方式的改革等方面提出了解决问题的对策。

The ultimate goal of teaching reform combined with study and work is to improve the quality of personnel training. But there are some problems in the implementation process. The investigation found that there are some problems in school-enterprise cooperation, curriculum reform and the management of post practice. The causes were analyzed and some countermeasures were put forward.
