Based on the research of the theory of constructivism, the teaching theory of constructivism is applied to the tutoring tasks and teaching strategies for the Higher Vocational Colleges＇ English Speaking Competition, aiming at seeking teaching and studying methods of improving higher vocational college students＇ English-speaking abilities.
