摘要
以4G通信技术领域为例,应用社会网络方法构建专利引用网络的竞争态势分析框架,通过引用网络的主路径探索抽取出4G技术轨迹,发现4G底层技术发展过程中的关键专利,并进一步借助中心度识别出核心专利。利用专利权人引用网络块模型分析,结合专利权人之间被引及自引情况划分行业战略群组,发现我国中兴公司和华为公司都属于边缘层技术参与者群组,它们的行业影响力较小,但研发创新性和自主性较强,最后提出相关建议。
Taking the patents of the fourth generation mobile communication (4G) as data source, the authors applied the methodology of social network analysis ( SNA) to construct the framework of competitive situation analysis including the patent citation network and as-signee citation network. By using the main path analysis, the extracted technology trajectory was identified, which also showed the critical patents in the development of the underlying technology for 4G. And then core patents were identified with virtue of centrality analysis. Moreover, according to the block model analysis of the assignees citation network, the assignees' being cited and self-citing situations, in-dustry strategic groups divisions were built, it was found that both ZTE and Huawei belonged to the periphery technical participant group, which means they had little impact on the international 4G industry, while they had considerable innovativeness and independence. And fi-nally, the paper put forward some relevant countermeasures.
