摘要
移动服务的快速发展增进了用户与数字图书馆间的信息交互,更加关注从用户体验出发的服务运作与管理。本文从用户与数字图书馆移动服务的多维交互关系入手,分析用户体验对移动服务交互质量的影响,针对服务交互过程中的用户体验要素,构建用户体验设计框架,在此基础上围绕用户体验优化详细研究了用户与数字图书馆移动服务环境、服务平台、服务人员以及其他用户交互过程中的服务质量控制机制。
The rapid development of mobile services enhances the information interaction between users and digital library, which empha-sizes user experience-centric services operation and management. From the multi-dimensional interactions between users and mobile serv-ices, this paper analyzes the impact of user experience on the interaction quality of mobile services, and builds a user experience design framework according to the user experience elements of the services interaction process. On this basis, around the user experience optimiza-tion, the paper intensively studies the mobile service interaction quality control mechanisms of digital library services environment, plat-form, personnel and users.
