Monitoring and Supervision on Network Audio-visual Program

网络视听节目是网络文化建设的重要组成部分,互联网为人们提供丰富全面的内容和服务的同时,以其传播主体的匿名性和分散性、传播方式的多样性和开放性、制作成本的低廉等特点对互联网的发展带来许多负面的影响。文章通过对网络视听节目的监测实践,就网络视听节目的特征和传播方式等问题,对视听节目监测系统的结构、工作流程和监测效果等进行了探讨。

The network audio-visual program is the important part of network culture construction. The Internet provides the comprehensive contents and services for people, meanwhile, the characteristics such as anonymity and dispersion of communication subject, diversity and openness of transmission mode and low production cost, etc. bring many negative effects for Internet development. Based on the monitoring practice of network audio-visual program and the characteristics and transmission mode of network audio-visual program, this paper discusses the structure, work flow and monitoring effect of audio-visual program monitoring system.
