摘要
根据国内外相关文献,对聚脲涂料的应用与喷涂设备的发展现状做出总结。聚脲涂料近几年已经得到大力发展和广泛应用,但是目前国内针对此材料的喷涂设备的研发较为缓慢。为了解决目前聚脲涂料喷涂和填缝设备功能分离的问题以及一般喷枪难以进行清洗的问题,采用基础理论分析、液压设计、电气设计方法以及借助于CAD软件,设计出一款集喷涂、填缝、清洗等功能于一体的新型喷涂设备,完成了此设备的结构、液压系统、电气系统设计。此外,运用流体力学等理论知识推导出喷枪出口流量与压力方程。研究结果表明,将聚脲涂料的喷涂、填缝、清洗等功能集中在一台设备上是完全可行的。
The application of polyurea coating and the development status of the polyurea coating spray equipment at home and a- broad are summarized. Polyurea coating spray equipment has been greatly developed and widely used in recent years, but the develop- ment in our country is still slow. In order to solve the problems such as the separation between the spray equipment and the cleaning problems on spray guns, a new device is designed, which is a set of spraying, filling, cleaning and other functions in one multi-func- tional equipment. Based on theoretical analysis, design methods of hydraulic, electrical system and CAD software, the designs of the structure, the hydraulic system, the electrical system of this device are obtained. In addition, the nozzle flow and the pressure equa- tion of the spray gun is proposed based on the knowledge of hydrodynamics. Test results showed that it is feasible to have the function of polyurea spraying coating, caulking and cleaning in a single device.
