本文提出民族与宗教工作的新思路,即民族与宗教工作要立足改革创新,提高对民族与宗教工作的治理能力,突出一个重点、围绕两条主线、坚持两个深化、实现三项突破。突出一个重点,就是要不断提高工作质量和工作效率,增强民族与宗教工作的治理能力。围绕两条主线,就是民族工作紧紧围绕促进民族团结进步、实现共同繁荣发展的主题;宗教工作紧紧围绕宗教与社会主义社会相适应的主线,推进民族与宗教工作的长远发展。坚持两个深化,就是深化基础性工作和日常性工作,圆满完成各项工作任务。

This paper proposes a new train of thoughts about ethmc antl religious worK, namely the euinlt and religious work should be based on revolution and innovation, improve the governance capability, highlight one focus, surround two mainlines, abide by two deepening principles, so as to achieve three breakthroughs. To highlight one focus is to improve work quality and efficiency continuously, enhance governance ability of ethnic and religious work. To surround two mainlines is to highlight the theme of promoting national solidarity and progress, realize common prospering and developing. The religious work is to surround the mainline of a- dapting to socialist society, promote long - term development of ethnic and religious work. To abide by two deepening principles is to do fundamental work and routine work in depth, fulfilling every task successfully.
