摘要
在分析本溪满族自治县城市营销现状的基础上,从城市基础设施、城市环境状况等七个方面对本溪县的居民、旅游者、投资者三大城市消费者进行调查。然后使用相关软件对这三类城市消费者的满意度情况进行对比分析。研究结果表明,本溪县城市基础设施建设的消费者满意度较高,其他几个方面的满意度有待提高。最后,基于城市消费者满意度情况提出本溪满族自治县改进和完善城市营销的具体建议。
This paper discusses the present situation of Benxi city marketing. To study the con- sumer satisfaction of Benxi city marketing, a survey of city consumers (county residents, tourists and investors) was conducted from the following aspects: city infrastructure, city environment, city culture, city hardware construction, government ability, comprehensive quality service to the public sector, public service level. Consumer satisfaction was also analyzed using Excel. The results show that consumer satisfaction of city infrastructure construction is perfect but other aspects of satisfaction need to be improved. Suggestions for improving the performance of Benxi city marketing are proposed.
