浅谈高职学生创业的瓶颈与对策

A Discussion on the Bottlenecks of Students Entrepreneurship and the Countermeasures

面对越发严峻的就业形势,引导大学生创业是解决大学生就业难问题的重要途径。而高职院校的学生与其创业的方式有其自身的特点,针对高职学生在创业中遇到的瓶颈和问题,可以通过加强学生创业的资助、加强创业品牌效益建设、进行创业指导、引导学生西部创业、整合创业资源等途径,帮扶和支持高职学生创业,从而促进高职学生成功创业。

In the face of increasingly severe employment situation, the key approach to solve the problem of college students＂ employment is to work on guidance of students entrepreneurship. Aiming at the bottlenecks and the problems in students entrepreneurship in vocational colleges, the article suggests that efforts should be made to fund students entrepreneurship, construct entrepreneurial brand benefits, instruct students entrepreneurship and integrate entrepreneurial resources so as to make for students successful entrepreneurship.
