高等职业院校学生职业素养意识水平研究——基于广东省10所高职院校的调查

Research on Professional Quality Consciousness of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges—Based on an Questionnaire Survey of Ten Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong Province

通过555份问卷调查表明,广东省高职院校学生职业素养意识水平处于中等偏上水平,其中职业素养概念意识相对较强,其次为职业道德意识和职业态度意识,职业意识相对较弱。男生的职业素养意识水平优于女生,3A院校学生职业素养意识水平优于3B院校学生,各高职院校各年级和各专业学生职业素养意识水平没有明显差异。

： The result of 555 questionnaires shows that the professional quality consciousness of students of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province is in over the middle level. The professional quality concept consciousness is relatively strong, followed by the professional ethics consciousness and consciousness of occupational attitude, while the occupation consciousness is relatively weak. At the same time, the level of professional quality consciousness of boys is better than that of girls, students in 3A colleges are better than those of 3B colleges, and there is no significant difference among grades and specialties in higher vocational colleges in this survey.
