摘要
建设校内生产性实训基地是当下高职院校推进校企合作的举措之一。校内生产性实训基地建设过程中,虽然对于工学结合、校企合作起到了良好的推动作用,但是缺少对理念、机制、实践等层面的系统设计,其实践效果难尽人意。基于校内生产性实训基地工作的实践,提出统一思想,树立"校企共建"开放理念;分类推进,探索"互惠双赢"长效机制;因地制宜,着力"以生为本"实践成果的"三维合一"的基地建设推进策略。
Constructing productive training bases on campus is one of the measures taken by higher vocational colleges to promote school-enterprise cooperation. As the systematic design on the layers of concepts, mechanisms and practice are missing during the process, the practical effect is undesirable, though the constructing process promotes work-study combination and school- enterprise cooperation. Based on the practical experience of working with productive training bases on campus, the paper puts forward the model of "three dimensions (concepts, mechanisms and practice) in one" and corresponding promoting strategies of base construction, that is, unity of thinking, establishing open concepts of school-enterprise co-building, classifying and promoting, exploring long-term mechanism of mutual win-win, adapting to local condition and student-centered practice.
