大庆市现代农业发展指标体系评价研究

Research on the Valuation of Modern Agricultural Development Index System in Daqing City

针对大庆市近些年现代农业发展缺乏科学评价指标体系及方法的客观情况，结合技术经济和财务分析等理论，从传递积极的正能量信息角度出发，运用归纳总结、逻辑演义和因子分析等方法，全方位地构建了评价大庆区域内发展现代农业的指标体系，分析了大庆市2000—2012年现代农业发展状况，并对各年份发展水平和程度进行打分排名，得出了大庆市现代农业正处于稳步提升状态、农民生活水平逐步提高的结论。

The recent years of modem agricultural development lacked scientific evaluation index system and method in Daqing. Combined with technical economic and financial analysis theory, starting from the view of positive energy information delivery, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the modern agriculture regional development was established by the induction summary, logical deduction, factor analysis and other methods, which analyzed the modem agricultural development conditions in 2000- 2012, and scored and ranked the development level and degree of each year. The analytical results showed that the modern agriculture was in a state of the steady improvement and the farmers living standards was raised gradually in Daqing.
