学生自愿参与图书馆工作既有助于培养他们读书爱书的良好习惯,也有助于缓解图书馆的工作压力,提高图书馆的工作效率。本文在多年实践的基础上,分析了馆员正确引领对学生自愿参与图书馆工作的积极作用,并提出了一些有效措施。
