团体辅导对提升职业院校技能大赛参赛选手心理素质的实证研究 被引量:3

An Empirical Study of Group Training on Improving the Psychological Quality of Contestants Participating in Vocational College Skill Competition

摘要 选取8名技能大赛参赛选手作为实验组,另选取7名学生作为对照组,采用团体辅导对实验组进行干预,辅导前后采用中国版Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表和交往焦虑量表对实验组和对照组进行测评。结果显示:团体辅导前后,实验组心理弹性和交往焦虑得分差异显著,而对照组心理弹性和交往焦虑得分差异不显著。团体辅导可在一定程度上提升技能大赛参赛选手的心理素质。 In the study, eight contestants participating in skill competition were chosen as experimental group and seven students as control group. Group training was adopted to intervene the experimental group. Before and after the training,Mental Elasticity Scale and Interaction Anxiety Scale of Connor-Davidson were used to evaluate two groups.The results show that there is significant difference in the experimental group students'mental elasticity and interaction anxiety before and after the training;the difference in the control group students'mental elasticity and interaction anxiety is not distinct before and after the training.The conclusion is drawn that group training can improve the psychological quality of contestants participating in Vocational College Skill Competition to a certain extent.
