关于东北铁路面临中国加入WTO的思考

Taking Up the Challenge to Northeast Railway From China's Entry to WTO

随着对外开放、对内搞活的深入发展 ,中国加入 WTO(世界贸易组织 )指日可待。入世后 ,东北地区客货运量都将有较大的变化。为此提出建议东北铁路应抓住机遇 ,迎接挑战 ,客货列车继续提速 。

With the further development of“Opening and reforming”, the China's entry to WTO can be expected soon. After the entry, there will be relatively significant changes in the traffic volume of passenger and goods in Northeast China. It is proposed that the Northeast Railway should seize the opportunity, take up the challenge, continue to raise the train speed to adopt the international rules.
