摘要 为解决气象标准化工作的规范化、科学化和集约化问题,气象标准化信息服务与管理平台应运而生。本文从总体设计、数据库设计和软件系统设计三方面对平台的构建思路进行了介绍。通过建立气象标准化信息服务与管理平台,能够有效地解决气象行业内外标准化工作的需求、气象业务服务科研培训的需求,以及气象标准化各类组织机构的管理需求。 The information services and management platform for Meteorological Standardization was designed to tackle the problems existing in the standardization, scientification and intensification of meteorological standardization, The paper intaxtuca~ the constructive ideas of the platform from three aspects: the overall design, database design and the software system design. The standardization needs within the meteorological circles and outside the circles, the needs fi'om the scientific research on meteorological service and its trainin~ as well as the needs from the management of various types of organizations of meteorological standardization will be effectively fulfilled with the establishment of the information service and management platform for meteorological standardization.
