摘要
采用正交设计和方差分析的方法 ,通过适当提高熔渣的碱度 ,控制熔敷金属中合金元素的含量及配比 ,加入微量元素 ,成功研究出熔敷金属扩散氢含量低、塑性和低温韧性高、焊接工艺性能好的J42 7GR电焊条 ;
J427GR welding rod is of good welding technology properties with lower diffusible Hydrogen content, fine plasticity and low temperature flexibility. It is developed by raising suitably the alkalinity in the clinker, controlling the content and burden of the alloy elements in the deposited weld metal, and blending trace elements, etc. analyzed by the methods of orthogonal design and variance analysis. It can be suited to the important welded structures which have strict requirements of the low temperature impact flexibility.
