Advances in the Study of Energy Metabolism of Glioma Cells

摘要 恶性胶质瘤的一个重要的生物学异常表现是能量代谢的改变,从而使肿瘤细胞保持更强的增殖、侵袭及在不利环境中存活的能力。其能量代谢的特征是即使在有氧的条件下也主要采用糖酵解的方式产生能量,这一过程受一系列的基因调节,并促使肿瘤细胞表现出恶性特征。所以,针对恶性胶质瘤细胞能量代谢过程的治疗为胶质瘤的治疗提供了新的途径。本文就恶性胶质瘤细胞能量代谢的特征、调节、生物学改变及在治疗中的应用进行综述。 A key aberrant biological difference between glioma cells and normal differentiated cells is altered energy metabolism, whereby glioma cells can retain proliferation, invasion and survival under unfavorable mieroenvironments. A classic alternation is the metabolic shift to aerobic glycolysis, regardless of oxygen availability. Reprogramming of energy metabolism which is regulated by specific genes and proteins sustain malignant phenotype of glioma. And thus, it could be a new and promising way in glioma therapy by targeting energy metabolism. This review discusses the alternation, regulation, biological traits and therapeutic efficiency of energy metabolism in malignant glioma.
