摘要
目的探讨CBL结合PBL教学模式在口腔临床教学中的应用效果。方法将2006年至2013年在总装备部牙科中心实习的82名学生随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组41人。实验组学生采用以病例为基础的学习(CBL)结合以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学模式,对照组学生采用传统教学模式。结果实验组学生在期末考试中理论及临床病例分析的平均分数显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。问卷调查表明90.2%以上的学生认为CBL结合PBL教学模式能够提高学习兴趣、临床思维能力、分析和解决问题能力、语言表达能力、团队协作能力。结论采用CBL结合PBL教学模式比传统教学模式可以明显提高口腔临床教学质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of CBL and PBL teaching mode in clinic practice of dentistry. Methods From 2006 to 2013, 82 students in Dental Centre of General Equipment Headquarters were divided into experiment and control groups randomly, 41 students each group. The students in experiment group were taught by ease- based learning (CBL) and problem-based learning (PBL) modes in the clinical teaching of dentistry. The students in control group were taught by traditional teaching mode. Results The average scores of the students in the experiment group were higher than those of the students in the control group in the final theory examination and the case analysis. The questionnaire showed that more than 90.2% students felt CBL and PBL teaching mode could stimulate their interest in learning, develop their way of good medical thinking. It also could improve their analysis ability, problem-solving skills, language skills and teamwork skills. Conclusion CBL and PBL teaching mode can improve dentistry clinic practice teaching quality significantly comoared to the traditional teachinz mode.
