谷氨酰胺对局部非小细胞肺癌行同步放化疗病人放射性损伤及生存率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察口服谷氨酰胺(Gln)对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(LANSCLC)行同步放化疗病人放射性损伤、营养状况和生存率的影响。方法:对112例诊断为LANSCLC行同步放化疗的病人资料进行回顾性分析。其中Gln组60例病人在治疗中口服Gln,对照组52例未使用Gln。观察病人在治疗期间和治疗后1个月内,放射性食管炎、上消化道症状的发生情况,治疗前后的体重变化,并随访病人的生存情况,比较3年后两组病人的生存率。结果:两组病人急性放射性食管炎(ARIE)的发生率和生存率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但Gln组ARIE进展速度明显减慢,导致临床治疗中断的时间明显缩短,放化疗期间的体重下降也明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:Gln有助于缓解ARIE的严重程度和放化疗导致的体重下降,可联合放射性保护药物用于临床治疗。 Objective : To observe the effect of glutamine (Gln) on the radiation damage, nutri- tional status and survival rate in patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer receiving con- current chemoradiotherapy. Methods: The study was a retrospective study, which included 112 pa- tients. 60 patients received Gln supplementation at a dose of 10 g/8 h and 52 patients did not receive Gln. Compared with the control group, the rate of deterioration in the ARIE, treatment delay and weight loss were much lower in the Gin group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion : Gin can help to alleviate the the ARIE severity and weight loss caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
