摘要 免疫疗法治疗Ⅰ型超敏反应性疾病已有100多年,分为特异性治疗及非特异性治疗两种,特异性治疗包括变应原免疫疗法、变应原重组基因疫苗和T细胞表位肽免疫治疗,其中变应原免疫疗法又分为皮下及舌下免疫治疗;非特异性免疫治疗包括单克隆抗IgE抗体治疗、FcεRI靶向治疗和可溶性IL-4R治疗。 Immunotherapy in the treatment of type I hypersensitive diseases, which involves specific and nonspeeific immunotherapy, has been over 100 years. The specific immunotherapy includes allergen immuno- therapy, recombinant allergens vaccine and T-cell peptide-based therapy. In addition, the allergen immuno- therapy consists of subcutaneous immunotherapy and sublingual immunotherapy. The nonspecific immuno- therapy includes monoclonal anti-IgE antibody therapy, targeted therapy of IgE binding receptors and soluble IL-4 recevtor theranv.
