掌跖角化病并发手指鳞状细胞癌1例

A case of finger skin squamous cell carcinoma with palmoplantar eratoderma

患者女,47岁。右环指增生性肿物1年。组织病理示:表皮角化过度,棘层增厚,真皮内密布大量鳞状上皮岛,可见角珠及鳞状窝,并可见多个异常有丝分裂相。B超示:右腋窝-13.0 mm×12.5 mm×8.7 mm肿大淋巴结。患者掌跖角化病病史25年,5年前右足跟部行截肢手术,术后病理提示为鳞状细胞癌。

A 47-year-old male presented with hyperplastic lesions around right ring finger for one year. Histopathology showed hyperkeratosis, aeanthosis cell layer thickening, squamous cell hyperplasia in dermis and abnormal mitoses. B-uhrasonic wave examination revealed one lymph node （13.0 mmx 12.5 mmX8.7 mm）. Patients has a history of palmoplantar keratosis for 25 years, and right lower limb was amputated be- cause of squamous cell carcinoma of the left heel 5 years ago.
