钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏在银屑病治疗中的应用 被引量：13

摘要 钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏是卡泊三醇（50wg／g）和倍他米松（0．5mg／g）的复方制剂，两种活性成分通过不同的细胞受体发挥协同互补的药效学活性。由于卡泊三醇和倍他米松保持稳定所需的pH值不同，卡泊三醇需要碱性环境来保持稳定性，而倍他米松需要的是酸性环境，因此两者混合时不能相容。为此研发人员开发出了一种独特的、
