内质网应激在丙型肝炎发病机制中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 内质网是真核细胞中蛋白质合成、折叠、组装及运输的主要场所。当细胞内钙离子稳态失衡、缺氧以及氧化应激时,过量的未折叠蛋白和(或)错误折叠蛋白在内质网内聚集,引发内质网应激(endoplasmicreticulumstress,ERs)。ERS作为机体内的一种自我保护机制,维持内质网稳态平衡;但是过度或者持续的ERS又可以诱导细胞凋亡。研究发现,HCV感染可诱导肝细胞发生ERS,并参与调节病毒复制、促进细胞凋亡、诱导炎性反应及改变脂质代谢等。
