治疗抑郁症新探索——红细胞生成素 被引量:3

摘要 抑郁症的治疗迄今仍不令人满意,且非药物疗法尚无法取代药物治疗。探寻更为理想的抗抑郁药物是长期以来的研究热点。近年研究发现,传统应用于血液系统的内源性生物活性分子红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)有抗抑郁疗效,并可改善相关认知功能障碍,因而可能作为新型抗抑郁药物而具有临床应用前景。本文就EPO在抑郁症治疗中的相关研究新进展进行综述。
