摘要
目的探讨X染色体连锁凋亡抑制蛋白相关因子1(XAF1)基因在肺癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤生长中的作用。方法 20只裸鼠随机均分成两组。A组裸鼠皮下注射A549/XAF1稳转细胞株,B组皮下注射A549/vector稳转细胞株作为对照。构建裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型,观察裸鼠皮下移植瘤生长情况。结果 A组皮下移植瘤生长速度慢于B组(P<0.05)。结论 XAF1能延缓成瘤时间,并能够在体内抑制肺癌移植瘤的生长。XAF1基因可能成为肺癌基因治疗新靶点。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis- associated factor 1 (XAF1) on the growth of human lung adenocarcinoma xenografts in nude mice. Methods Twenty nude mice were randomly and equally divided into two groups of A(subcutaneously injecred A549/XAF1) and B( subcutaneously injecred A549/vector as the control). The human lung adenocarcinoma subcutaneous xenografts were established in nude mice. The growth of xenografts was analyzed by recording the volume of the xenografts. Results The growth of the xenografts was slower in group A than that in group B(P〈0. 05). Conclusion XAF1 may prolong the time of xenograft formation and suppress the growth of it.
