特发性膜性肾病患者肾小球滤过率与临床病理的相关性 被引量：3

摘要 特发性膜性肾病（IMN）是引起成人肾病综合征的常见病因之一，占国内原发性肾小球疾病的9．98％。其临床病程、表现差异悬殊。有研究表明，未经治疗的IMN患者中有50％-60％在10～20年内进展至终末期肾病（ESRD）。本研究通过分析IMN患者的临床表现、
