摘要
轴向腰椎间融合术(axial lumbar interbody fusion,AxiaLIF)是一种较新的脊柱微创融合技术,由Cragg等[1]于2004年提出,创造性的经骶前与直肠后壁间隙微创入路进行L5S1节段的融合,无需暴露脊柱前方、后方及侧方的结构,最大限度的减少了对椎旁结构的破坏,与传统的开放手术及微创手术入路相比,真正达到了微创的目的,从而最大程度的保持了术后脊柱的稳定性。现就AxiaLIF的解剖学研究、操作技术、生物力学研究及临床应用等方面进行综述。
AxiaLIF (axial lumbar interbody fusion) is a relatively new minimally invasive spinal fusion technology first presented by Gragg in 2004. It creatively makes the lumbar interbody fusion between L5 and S1 via retrorectal approach without exposing the anterior, posterior and lateral spine structures and minimizes the damage to the vertebral side structure. AxiaLIF has trully achieved the goal of the minimally invasive compared to traditional open surgery and minimally invasive surgical approach and it maximum the postoperative spinal stability. This review sums up anatomy studies, operative techniques, biomechanical studies and clinical application in AxiaLIF.
