中国中年女性下睑皮肤组织学特点的初步研究 被引量:1

Preliminay study of the histologic characteristic of lower eyelid skin of Chinese middle-aged women

摘要 目的对我国中年女性下睑皮肤的组织结构进行研究,探讨下睑近睑缘处与远睑缘处皮肤组织学特点的差别。方法取70例下睑整形术患者切除的皮肤标本,对其近睑缘处与远睑缘处,分别进行光镜、电镜观察。通过IPP图像分析软件进行测量、计数等,分析近睑缘处、远睑缘处皮肤的特点,寻找差异。结果近睑缘处皮肤角质层、表皮厚度均明显小于远睑缘处(P〈0.05);近睑缘处表皮内黑色素细胞较远睑缘处致密,且黑色素颗粒含量多;近睑缘处肥大细胞、真皮内神经束数目均明显高于远睑缘处(P〈0.05)。结论下睑下方皮肤分界线的存在,与此处皮肤结构特点有关。 Objective To study the organizational structure of lower eyelid skin of Chinese middle-aged women and investigate the differences of the histologic characteristic between the skin near to the palpebral mar- gin and far from the palpebral margin. Methods The skin specimens removed from the 70 patients those trea- ted by the transcutaneous lower blepharoplasty, and then the skin near to the palpebral margin and far from the palpebral margin were observed by light microscope and electron microscope, respectively. IPP image analysis software was used to analyze the differences between skin near to the palpebral margin and far from the palpehral margin by measuring and counting. Results The thickness of the stratum corneum and the epidermis of the skin near to the palpebral margin was significantly less than that of the skin far from the palpebral margin ( P〈 0. 05 ). The melanocytes in the epidermis of the skin near the palpebral margin had more melanin granuless and was dense than that far from the palpebral margin. The number of the mast cells and the nerve bundles near the palpebral margin were all higher than those far from the palpebral margin ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusi on The ex- ists of the lower eyelid skin boundaries are related to their structural characteristics of the skin.
