清代是古代调解制度发展较为完善的时期。以《清代新疆档案选辑》为考察视角,在分析清代新疆地区纠纷解决机制与当代国家法的差异和融合的同时,探讨其对当代国家法的启示作用。

The Qing Dynasty is a period of which ancient mediation system improved more perfectly. This thesis intends to take the Xinjiang files selection of Qing Dynasty as the perspectives, analyzes the differences and fusion between dispute mediation system in Xinjiang area, Qing Dynasty, meanwhile, discusses its enlightenment on contemporary national law.
