摘要
维吾尔族传统文化中包含有一个繁杂的从衣食住行到生老病死的禁忌系统,其中馕禁忌是"食"禁忌中历史最悠久、与日常生活关系紧密的部分之一。文章从心理学和民俗学的角度,对传统维吾尔族人从制作馕、食用馕到以馕为介质的行为礼仪中的馕禁忌进行了梳理,分析了其产生的原因和发展趋势。
Social conventions of Uyghur culture include a complex taboo system from basic necessities to sickness and death. Nang taboo is a historical part of“Food taboo”, which has a close relationship with daily life. From the aspects of psychology and folklore, this paper teases out the Nang taboos in its making, eating as well as all the behaviors and reciprocalities concerning Nang as a media. It analyzes causes of all the Nang taboos and predicts its developmental trend.
