何承天《安边论》创作时间考

The Writing Time of He Chengtian's Discussion of the Edges Safety

南朝宋代文帝元嘉后期多次面临北魏的南下侵扰,当时深受宋文帝赏识的文学家何承天上奏《安边论》,向宋文帝阐述安守北方边防、抵御北魏入侵的政治策略。何承天的《安边论》上承郭钦、江统的《疏论》《徙戎论》,具有一脉相承的系统性,因而受到不少文人、史家、政治家的关注,对何氏此文评价甚高,但关于何承天的《安边论》创作时间甚为疑惑。论文主要通过对《南史》《宋书》等相关史料记载的梳扒整理,分析考证何氏《安边论》的创作时间,并最终认为以作于宋文帝元嘉十九年(442)年较为妥当、准确。
