摘要 针对HXD1C机车在运用过程中出现司机室振动较大问题,以振动传递路径为向导,测试从机车转向架至司机室地板各点的振动加速度,分析各测点的振动加速度的频响特征,确定振源。并结合机车一系和二系橡胶垫的安装情况,推导出橡胶垫垂向刚度。并根据振动加速度的频率和机车运行速度,推导出机车车轮踏面存在18边形磨损。通过对车轮不圆度测量,验证了车轮踏面不圆度以18边形磨损尤为突出,并存在偏心磨耗。最终通过调整机车悬挂系统垂向刚度和阻尼系数,并对车轮踏面镟修后进行试验,其试验结果证明机车运行平稳,且司机室振动现象消失。 For the HXD1C Locomotive appeared in operation of the cab acceleration vibration problems. This paper uses the vibra-tion transmission path for the wizard. In order to determine the vibration source, the acceleration vibration was measured from bo-gie to cab of locomotive and its frequency response was analyzed. Combine with the installation of rubber blanket, the vertical stiffness of rubber blanket was derived. On the basis of the acceleration frequency and running speed, the wheel tread exists 18 shape wear was derived. Through the wheels non-circularity measuring, the wheel out-of-roundness was verified by 18 shape wear particularly. And the existences of eccentric wear. Finally through the adjustment of locomotive suspension vertical stiffness and damping coefficient and repair the wheel tread after test. The test results show that the locomotive run smoothly and the cab vibration phenomenon disappear.
