双馈风力发电机减振系统匹配性研究

摘要 发电机是风力发电机组中的一个重要部件。为了避免振动引起的部件损伤,在发电机底部安装减振器。减振器的刚度选择必须和发电机具有良好的匹配性,以免产生共振。以某1.65 MW双馈风力发电机为例,通过理论和有限元分析计算出减振器刚度不同时,减振系统的固有频率,并分析出该发电机选择多大刚度的减振器最为合适,为发电机选配合适的减振器提供参考。 Generator is one of the most important devices in Windmill. To prevent damage caused by vibration,the absorber was installed at the bottom generator. In order to avoid resonance, the stiffness of absorber must have good matching with generator. Taking a 1. 65MW Double-Fed induction Generator as an example, through theoretical and finite element analysis to calculate the natural frequency of vibration damping system which in different damper stiffness ,this article also analyzing how the generator to select the most appropriate damper stiffness ,providing a reference for generating matching the appropriate damper.
